NEWKEY designs and manufactures LED light therapy devices for at-home use. Our products are FDA-cleared under 510(k) regulations for their intended therapeutic uses.

We strive to display product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product colors and appearances may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify prices without prior notice. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and offer to re-process it at the correct price.

We offer complimentary shipping within the United States. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

We offer a 90-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 90 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

NEWKEY products are backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
